Shipping

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses available at checkout.

Rates

Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $75. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $75 or more and is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

Order processing

Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and preparation. Large orders, inventory issues, quality checks, holidays, and other high-volume periods can occasionally require additional time.

Transit time

After your order ships, standard U.S. delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days. The carrier and route may vary. Tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Most orders therefore arrive approximately 4–12 business days after purchase. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately and receive separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout.

Delays

Order-processing and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, inventory issues, quality checks, and carrier backlogs can add time.

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will email you with a revised ship date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund. If a carrier delay occurs after shipment, contact us and we will help investigate it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing your order and contact us immediately if something is wrong. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has progressed.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or return, additional replacement or shipping charges may apply. Contact us and we will review the available reshipment or refund options with you.
